Scottish Independence Party Backs Independence First Campaign The Scottish Independence Party were amongst the first to declare their support for Independence First's referendum campaign, however recently they have provided a further message of support.	Communist Party of Scotland Supports Independence First Joe Middleton (Independence First Press Officer) and John Patrick (SSP) recently attended a national council meeting of the CPS.
Scottish Independence Referendum Campaign Launched Months of debate and planning came to fruition at a meeting on the 19th February, 2005, with the official inauguration of a campaign to demand an Independence Referendum for Scotland.
